Shop Policies 

The most important thing to know about our furniture is that no two pieces of figured-wood will ever look the same. Nature creates the Quilted and the Flame design in the Maple figured-wood. So our photos represent the wood design, but will never be able to be duplicated. We use high grade Quilted and Flame Maple wood to create all of our furniture, so the quality and grade  will match our photos quality and grade. The figured-wood grain design is what makes our furniture unique, one of a kind, original, and simply beautiful.
Our Customer Pledge: We want you to enjoy conducting business with us and to be pleased with your product. Our policies were created to be helpful and fair to both of us. We will always work with you, the customer, to make sure your experience with us is a good one. Your reading and understanding the terms and conditions will greatly aid in making the transaction go as smoothly as possible. 1:ORDERS

Orders:

All orders are paid in full before we ship to customer.

All custom orders require 50% of payment in advance before we begin building custom order. All custom orders are paid in full before we ship to customer.

Cancelling or Change Orders:  An order may be canceled or changed as long as it can be stopped before it is          shipped or has started production. Orders that have shipped or have entered into production are subject to our Return Policy.

2:SHIPPING

Shipping/Delivery:

All shipping and deliveries are paid in full by customer. Shipping costs are from our door to  your door. The packaging and crating is provided at our expense so that we may insure our products arrive in perfect condition.

3:Return Policy

Return Policy:

Non-custom purchases are returnable for 7 days after you receive your order. Returned merchandise needs to be undamaged, in new and unused condition, and include original packaging materials and product literature. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, outbound freight charges as well as return freight charges. Credit will be issued in 3-7 business days in the original payment method after we receive your returned merchandise in new, undamaged condition. Custom ordered products are not returnable. 

Damaged or Defective Returns:

In the event there is damage upon delivery, all details of the damage or defect need to be clearly noted on all copies of the Bill of Lading and/or Delivery Receipt upon your inspection during your delivery in order for us to assist you with a return or replacement. In addition, we must be notified within 1 business day. By signing for your delivery without noting the problem with your shipment on the delivery paperwork, you affirm your item was delivered to you with no damage or defect. If your shipment is severely damaged, please refuse the shipment, note on the Bill of Lading or shipping document "refused due to damage" and contact Customer Care immediately.

4:Warranty

Warranty:

If you find any defects in workmanship or defects in materials and notify us within 10 days, we guarantee return for repair or replacement, or in some instances at our sole discretion we may authorize a return . DO NOT discard any of the shipping boxes or packing materials, including the pallet the item may have been delivered with. DO NOT discard the product itself, as we may require its return. Immediately contact us to report the situation. If possible, please take several pictures showing the affected area(s). We will work to resolve the issue.
